Product Description

Your body already knows how to heal itself. The HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket gives it the heat to do it. Far-infrared rays penetrate deep beneath the surface to raise your core body temperature, accelerate detoxification, and trigger all the same processes as a hard workout — elevated heart rate, increased circulation, a rush of dopamine, and a full-body sweat. Without leaving your living room. Not a gym-skipper? It works just as hard post-workout — easing sore muscles, flushing lactic acid, and accelerating the recovery your body needs to keep showing up.

Five layers of elevated technology work together inside every session: far-infrared heating elements for deep tissue detox and relaxation, a charcoal layer to mitigate EMF and ELF, a clay layer that emits negative ions and balances heat, a medical-grade magnetic strip to ground the body and improve circulation, and a healing crystal layer of amethyst and obsidian that deepens the infrared benefits and naturally generates negative ions to fight free radicals.

The results: 95% of users were more relaxed after just one session, and 90% felt less stressed.* Compact, foldable, and easy to clean — just plug in, zip up, and sweat it out.

*Based on an independent survey of 1,044 sauna blanket users.

Step 4: Cool down and replenish After your session, allow the blanket to cool before wiping it down. Stay hydrated before and after use for optimal results.

FAQs

What's the difference between the Infrared Sauna Blanket and a traditional sauna?

Traditional saunas heat the air around you. The HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket uses radiant heat to warm your body directly — penetrating deeper into muscle and tissue for a more effective detox and recovery. It's also a fraction of the cost, folds up for easy storage, and works on your schedule, no dedicated room required.

Do I need to be drenched in sweat for it to work?

Not at all. Every session supports your body's natural detox process by raising your core temperature and increasing circulation — whether you're dripping or just a little dewy.

What is the Infrared Sauna Blanket made of?

Crafted from non-toxic, waterproof polyurethane that exceeds VOC safety standards, the blanket layers include advanced far-infrared heating elements with charcoal, clay, medical-grade magnets, and crystals. Together, these enhance detoxification, balance energy, and optimize heat distribution, all while keeping EMF levels exceptionally low.

How often should I use it?

You can use your blanket daily, but we recommend starting with 1–2 sessions per week and building from there. Aim for 30–50 minutes per session and always hydrate well before and after.

What should I wear inside the blanket?

Your body needs to be covered to protect your skin from direct contact with the heated surface. Wear a long-sleeved shirt, pants, and socks — 100% cotton works best. Prefer to go clothing-free? The Organic Sauna Blanket Insert (sold separately) creates a soft, protective barrier so you can sweat freely and comfortably.
